聚丙烯/废旧轮胎胶粉共混物的微孔发泡研究 被引量:4

Study on Microcellular Foaming of PP/Ground Tire Rubber Powder Composites

摘要 采用超临界CO2为发泡剂,通过压力释放法对聚丙烯/废旧轮胎胶粉共混物的发泡性能进行研究。结果表明,加入胶粉严重破坏了聚丙烯均匀的泡孔结构,共混物发泡体具有独特的双孔结构;马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯/废旧轮胎胶粉共混物发泡体具有更加均匀一致的泡孔结构。 PP/Ground Rubber Tire(GRT) powder microcellular foams were prepared by pressure quench method using supercritical carbon dioxide.The results showed that with the addition of GRT powder,the cell structure of PP/GRT blend was destroyed,and the PP/GRT blend foams had a unique bimodal(large and small) cellular structure.The microcellular foams of PP-g-MA/GRT(50/50) blend had a very fine and uniform cell structure and lower relative densities.
