摘要
高校科技成果转化服务平台是高校与企业有效连接的载体与媒介。新形势下加强对高校科技成果转化服务平台的建设,有利于进一步促进高校、科研院校与企事业单位之间信息交流、开展合作与资源共享。基于高校科技成果转化过程中的共性问题及制约因素,分析服务平台的技术、资源和服务等多项功能融合的特征与优势,论述服务平台建设的问题,提出对策建议,为推动高校科技成果转化服务平台建设提供思路。
The service platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is the carrier and medium of the effective connection between universities and enterprises.Under the new situation,strengthening the construction of scientific and technological achievements transformation service platform is conducive to further promoting information exchange,cooperation and resource sharing among colleges and universities,research institutes and enterprises.Based on the common problems and restrictive factors in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the integration of technology,resources and service functions of the service platform,discusses the problems in the construction of the service platform,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide ideas for promoting the construction of the service platform based on the common problems and restricting factors in the transformation process of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.
