摘要
通过分析我国2013-2017年期间科技投入与产出的情况,总结归纳我国高校在科技成果转化过程中所做的探索性工作,指出影响高校科技成果转化效率的内因和外因,最后在成果转化机制、依托国家大学科技园作为抓手、科技金融等方面为高校自身提高科技成果效率提出了具体的对策与建议。
By analyzing the input and output of science and technology in China from 2013 to 2017, this paper summarizes the exploratory work done by universities in the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, points out the internal and external factors affecting the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities, and finally, the paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions for universities to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in terms of achievements transformation mechanism, relying on National University Science and Technology Park, science and technology finance, etc.
