科研院所成果转化基金的研究 被引量：2

摘要 对于我国而言科研院所是科技成果的重要产地,解决其成果转化问题对于带动我国实施创新驱动发展战略具有重要意义。长期以来我国科研院所可利用的灵活资金非常有限,资金的短缺和利用率低一直是制约我国科研院所成果转化的重要因素。而成果转化基金的建立恰恰为以上的问题提供了最为行之有效的解决途径,高效合理的利用成果转化基金可以有力的解决成果在由开发研究向生产和市场转化过程中的投入断层问题。
