社交与协同信息搜寻用户的学习效果探究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的/意义]讨论社交关系类型与协同能力对社交与协同信息搜寻用户学习效果的影响,为社交信息搜寻与协同信息搜寻工具、用以支持协作学习的信息检索系统的设计与优化提供借鉴。[方法/过程]运用混合方法研究范式,综合采取信息搜索实验、质性访谈、问卷调查等方法来探究48名被试的社交关系类型与协同能力对信息搜寻学习效果的影响作用,并对搜索前后用户的学习增益进行测度。[结果/结论]在社交与协同信息搜寻活动中,第一,信息搜寻前后用户的学习效果明显,产生较大的知识收益;第二,社交关系类型对用户的学习效果不具有影响作用;第三,协同能力对用户的参与搜索、努力搜索、概念联系以及知识创新具有影响作用,并且协同能力与用户的学习效果呈正相关关系;第四,社交关系类型与协同能力对用户的概念联系产生交互效应,即当协同能力处于高水平时,陌生人组的学习效果优于亲人组和朋友组;当协同能力处于低水平时,亲人组的学习效果优于朋友组和陌生人组。此外,研究还发现,用户在搜寻信息过程中形成的协作交流模式包括分工→搜索→交流、分工→搜索/交流、分工→搜索以及搜索→交流4种。 [Purpose/significance] This paper discusses the influence of social relationship type and coordination ability on the learning effect of social and collaborative information searching users, and provides a reference for the design and optimization of social information searching and collaborative information searching tools, and information retrieval system to support collaborative learning.[Method/process] Using the mixed method paradigm, information search experiment, qualitative interview, questionnaire and other methods were used to explore the influence of 48 subjects’ social relationship type and collaborative ability on the learning effect of information search, and to measure the learning gain of users before and after searching.[Result/conclusion] In social and collaborative information searching activities, firstly, the learning effect of users is obvious before and after information searching, and the knowledge gain is larger;Secondly, the type of social relationship has no influence on the learning effect of users;thirdly, collaborative ability has an impact on users’ participation in search, hard search, conceptual connection and knowledge innovation, and there is a positive correlation between collaborative ability and users’ learning effect;fourthly, the type of social relationship and the synergistic ability have an interaction effect on the conceptual connection of users, that is, when the collaborative ability is at a high level, the learning effect of the stranger group is better than that of the family group and the friend group.When the cooperative ability was low, the learning effect of the loved one group was better than that of the friend group and the stranger group.In addition, the paper also found that four kinds cooperative communication modes formed by users in the process of searching information: division of labor→search→communication, division of labor→search/communication, division of labor→search and search→communication.
