A Review on Foreign Studies of Collaborative Information Seeking Behavior

摘要本文以国外期刊发表的协同信息检索行为研究文献为对象,采用综合归纳方法,分析协同信息检索行为研究的进展。研究发现:协同信息检索行为研究主要从理论研究走向应用实践研究;其研究主题呈现一定规律性;研究方法主要采用定量和定性相结合的方法。但协同信息检索行为研究还存在一些问题,其未来发展趋势包括:开展跨学科研究和学科间的合作;通过用户模型形式化地揭示从个人信息检索到协同信息检索的诱发因素;探究影响用户协同信息检索的原因;开发协同检索技术与协同检索系统等。 This paper uses synthesis methods to examine foreign journal articles that study collaborative information seeking behaviors, and analyzes the research progress of such behaviors. Our results show that： the research on collabora- tive information seeking behaviors mainly moves from theoretical studies to practical, its research focus exhibits certain pat- terns, and its research methods often integrates quantitative and qualitative components. However, there are still remaining issues in collaborative information seeking behaviors, and its future directions mentioned in the literature include： develo- ping interdisciplinary research and collaboration among domains, using user models to expose influential factors that trigger people to adopt collaborative information seeking rather than individual information seeking, studying parameters affecting users＇ collaborative search, and developing collaborative search technologies and systems. 63 refs.
