摘要
基于GIS技术,从供求角度出发,运用核密度分析、泰森多边形分区法、OD矩阵分析等方法,通过道路网络模型,分析厦门市6个行政区26个街道379个社区目前已开放的校园体育场地设施的可达距离、覆盖能力等指标,探讨厦门市学校体育场地设施向社会开放的实际成效。研究表明,厦门岛内外校园体育场地设施空间分布不平衡、不协调问题比较突出,思明、湖里两区中心优势显著,岛外体育空间资源比较紧张,服务压力较大;岛内所辖社区拥有数量较多、较密集的体育空间,而岛外社区拥有的体育空间数量和密度较低;全市有17个街道的住宅区能实现有效的“15分钟健身圈”;15分钟内,思明区和同安区的校园体育场地设施辐射能力较好、覆盖面积较大。建议有关部门结合当前现状与未来发展的需要,更好地规划、布局与优化体育场地设施,推动厦门市全民健身事业高质量发展。
A GIS-based accessibility analysis was conducted on a road network model in a supply/demand perspective for the accessibility and coverage of the open campus sports facilities of 379 communities in 26 streets of 6 administrative districts of Xiamen,using analyses of kernel density,Thiessen Polygons and OD matrix to determine the real effect of school sports facilities open to public in Xiamen.The results show that the campus sports facilities are rather unevenly distributed and poorly coordinated between districts within and outside the once Island of Xiamen.While Siming and Huli,the two districts within,have strong advantages as sports centers,the districts outside are short of sports facilities and pressed for meeting the demand;while the communities within enjoy many and densely located sports spaces,the communities outside have fewer and sparser sports venues;and of the seventeen 15-minute Neighborhoods to Fitness,campuses in Siming district and Tong'an district have larger 15-minute coverage areas and better sports facility use.It is therefor proposed that departments concerned should try to workout better plans and layouts and optimize sports facilities and venues taking into careful consideration of the situation today and the need for future growth so as to promote the high-quality municipal fitness of Xiamen.
