摘要
探讨公共体育设施资源的可达性与公平性评价的理论与方法,利用地理信息系统(GIS)空间分析法对上海市公共体育设施空间可达性与公平性指数进行分析。结果显示:上海市公共体育设施布局的集中与分散不尽合理,不同级别设施的可达性水平存在差异,数量多不一定可达性与公平性好;按街道划分的区域间公平性指数存在差异,社区级公共体育设施公平性较好,城市级公共体育设施分布不均衡,公平性较差;公共体育设施的布局应充分考虑辐射面积和区域人口数量。
The study explored the theories and methods of equity evaluation and accessibility of public sports facilities. GIS spatial analysis method is used to analyze the accessibility and equity indices of the public sports facility spaces in Shanghai. The results show that the layout of public sports facilities in Shanghai is not quite reasonable. The accessibility of sports facilities at different levels varies a lot. The large quantity does not mean the better accessibility and equity. There is a difference in the interregional equity index. The public sports facilities in communities are fairly equal ; but the urban public sports facilities are unevenly distributed and pretty poor in equity. Therefore the layout of public sports facilities should take into account of the radiating areas and population.
