摘要
以某超临界汽轮机中压缸抽汽模型为例,对抽汽口前后的静动叶、主流道腔室及抽汽腔室进行全周全三维数值模拟,根据各截面流线图、马赫数云图等分析了抽汽腔室内的流动损失,并优化主流道、抽汽腔室的形状,减少抽汽腔室内的流动损失,提高效率。
Taking the extraction model of a medium-pressure cylinder of a supercritical steam turbine as an example,the full-scale three-dimensional numerical simulation of thebladebefore and after the extraction chamber,the main flow channel and the extraction chamber is carried out.According to the streamline diagram of each section and the Mach number cloud map,the flow loss in the extraction chamber is analyzed,and the shape of the main flow channel and the extraction chamber are optimized.It will reduce the flow loss in the extraction chamber and improve the efficiency.
