Numerical Investigation on Extraction System in Ultra-supercritical Steam Turbine

摘要 针对某型号超超临界汽轮机中3个典型的抽汽模型进行数值模拟,获得了抽汽系统内部的复杂流场数据,定量地给出了3个抽汽模型内各部分的流动损失,结合典型截面的流线图,分析了抽汽系统内的流动损失特性,在此基础上,利用工程方法计算3个抽汽模型的流动损失,并与数值计算的结果进行对比,结果吻合较好。 Three typical extraction systems in an ultra supercritical steam turbine is numerically simulated with CFD software, and the flow field in three extraction systems is acquired, the flow loss is acquired quantitative, then analyze the characteristics of flow loss with the streamline of different planes. An engineering method is used to calculate the flow loss, which is compared with one from CFD result.
