摘要
介绍国产300MW汽轮机真空抽气系统实施技术改造的成功经验。阐述真空抽气系统的抽吸能力与环境温度(即循环冷却水温度)、凝汽器设计及运行性能、真空系统严密性、凝汽器空气冷却区气汽混合物的比例及数量等之间的关系,其中确定机组真空抽气系统实际需要处理的汽气混合物的数量是技术改造成功的关键。比较射水抽气器、水环真空泵和射汽抽气器的性能特点后,确定选用水环真空泵,取得满意的效果。
The successful experiences in technical retrofit of the vacuum extraction system for domestic 300 MW steam turbine were introduced. The relation of the capability of the vacuum extraction system with the factors of environment temperature (i.e. temperature of circulating cooling water), the designed and operation performance of condenser, the sealing tightness of the vacuum system, the proportion and quantity of the gas-steam mixture in the air-cooled sector of the condenser was expatiated. It was confirmed that the quantity of the gas-steam mixture which requires treatment in the vacuum extraction system of the unit is the key to a successful retrofit. After comparing the performance features of the water jet air ejector, water ring vacuum pump and steam jet air ejector, the water ring vacuum pump was chosen with satisfactory effect.
