摘要
在新时代国家信息化发展的新战略背景下,基于产业经济学基本理论,探究我国体育产业数字化转型的机遇、挑战与对策。通过阐述我国体育产业数字化转型恰逢体育产业政策向好、规模扩大、消费模式更新以及营商环境不断优化等机遇,围绕体育产业数字化转型面临的体育产业模式创新固化、政策落实不到位、“新基建”存在不足和体育产业创新链条遇劣势等挑战为重点,提出我国体育产业数字化转型的对策:推动体育产业数字化模式创新;推进产业数字化转型“三大”政策机制;加快体育产业数字化基础设施建设;提升体育产业数字化治理模式水平。
Under the new strategic background of national informatization development in the new era,based on the basic theory of industrial economics,this paper discusses the opportunities,challenges and countermeasures in the digital transformation of the sports industry based on the theory of industrial economics.By expounding that China’s digital transformation of sports industry coincides with opportunities such as good sports industry policy,expansion of scale,renewal of consumption mode and continuous optimization of business environment,and focusing on the innovation and solidification of the sports industry model,the inadequate implementation of policies,the lack of“new infrastructure”and the disadvantage in the digital transformation of the sports industry,this paper puts forwards the following countermeasures for the digital transformation:promoting the innovation of the digital model in the sports industry;driving the three policy mechanisms for the digital transformation of the sports industry;speeding up the construction of digital infrastructure of sports industry;improving the level of digital governance model of sports industry.
