摘要
国务院“46号文”发布已经5年,我国经济社会形势发生了显著变化。进入高质量发展新阶段,满足人民群众对美好生活愿望的新型消费观,促进数字技术、智能技术与传统产业的融合发展等,都是国家提出的更高发展要求,也是体育产业发展的新环境新条件。研究概括了5年间体育产业发展环境的“八个新变化”,包括发展理念、发展水平、城市化、老龄化、技术应用、战略投资者、转播主体、教育理念等方面的新变化;剖析了出现的“四个新挑战”,即新运动项目出现、多元素娱乐项目出现、专业性和专注度下降、消费总时间约束等方面的挑战;提出了适应变化应对挑战的“三点新思路”,即持续创新、接纳新的体育形态、政府更好地发挥作用。做好这几点,会促进我国体育产业持续快速发展,我们有望在不久的将来成为世界体育产业强国。
It has been five years since the State Council announced the document named “Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Sports Industry and Promoting Sports Consumption,Guofa〔2014〕No.46”.Chinese economic and social situation had changed significantly.Chinese government has raised new requirements on the development with higher quality,forming new consumption concept to satisfy the people's desire for a better life,and promoting the integrative development of digital technology,smart technology and traditional industries,which has also created new environment and conditions for the development of sports industry.The paper summarizes “eight new changes” which have happened on the development environment of Chinese sports industry over the last five years,including development concept,development level,urbanization,aging,technology application,strategic investors,media broadcasters and educational concepts.The paper also analyses “four new challenges”,namely,the emergence of new sports events,multicomponent entertainment programs,the decline of profession and concentration,and the constraints of total consumption time.At the same time,this paper supposes “three new ideas” to react to the changes and challenges,namely,continuous innovation,acceptance of new sports forms,and better role of the government.If we do these things well,Chinese sports industry will realize sustainable and fast development,and China becoming a strong sports industry power is expected in the near future.
