摘要
光镊是一种高分辨率的光学操控技术,自诞生以来就广泛应用于生物研究领域,对单细胞和单分子的相关研究起了关键作用。随着近些年对光镊技术的不断改进,一些新方法已经用于单细胞和单分子的研究。综述了近些年光镊在单细胞操控、细胞间相互作用、红细胞力学特性研究领域的最新进展和光镊技术在单分子特性检测中的最新应用成果,以及光镊拉曼技术和光镊结合微流控技术的最新应用实例。最后,分析了光镊目前的发展现状并对光镊技术未来的发展提出了展望分析。
Optical tweezers is a high-resolution optical manipulation technology,which has been widely used in biological research since its birth,and has played a key role in the research of single cells and single molecules.With the continuous improvement of optical tweezers technology in recent years,some new methods have been used in the study of single cells and single molecules.This article summarizes the latest developments in optical tweezers in the field of single-cell manipulation,cell-cell interaction,red blood cell mechanical properties,and the latest application results of optical tweezers technology in the detection of single-molecule properties,as well as the article lists the latest application examples of optical tweezers Raman technology and optical tweezers combined with microfluidic technology.Finally,the current development status of optical tweezers is analyzed and the future development of optical tweezers technology is proposed.
