Development And Application Of Nanometer Optical Tweezers Technology

摘要 阐述了纳米光镊技术的特点,它将操作和探测精度从微米提高到纳米。归纳和总结了纳米光镊技术最新方面的研究进展,叙述了一些先进组合技术在改进光镊装置构造、操作精度以及校准方面的应用,并在此基础上提出了一些构想和建议。 The characteristics of nanometer optical tweezers technology are described. The preeison of manipulation and detection is improved from micron to nanometer. The latest progress of research in the aspect of optical tweezers technology is summarized. Some applications of advanced combination technologies in the improvement of installment structure, the precision of operation as well as the calibration are illustrated in detail. Based on these, some suggestions are proposed.
