摘要
高校工会服务创新创业是新时代对工会职能发展提出的要求,高校工会服务模式创新是推动创新创业的有利方式。目前,学术界基于创新创业服务的高校工会服务模式创新研究较少,尚处在起步阶段。通过提炼高校工会服务创新创业的创新模式,梳理部分高校关于"双创"的支持举措,建议未来高校在加强工会自身建设的基础上,进一步加强工会、教师、学生主体间的交流,同时充分营造良好的创新创业氛围,实现工会服务模式的不断创新。
University and college trade union service innovation and entrepreneurship is the requirement of the development of trade union function in the new era, innovation of service mode of university and college trade union is a favorable way to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. At present, there are few researches on the innovation of university and college trade union service mode based on innovation and entrepreneurship in academic circles, which is still in its infancy. By refining the innovation mode of university and college trade union service innovation and entrepreneurship, combing the support measures of some universities and colleges on "innovation and entrepreneurship", it is suggested that on the basis of strengthening the self construction of trade unions, universities and colleges should further strengthen the exchanges among trade unions, teachers and students, and create a good atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship, so as to realize the continuous innovation of trade union service mode.
