摘要
为实现人才强国目标,高校已实行教学理念和教学模式的两个战略转变。高校工会要为大局服务,就必须深刻认识自己所面临的形势与任务,切实把工会工作与高校培养创新人才的要求有机结合起来,着眼提高教学质量这一中心工作,充分调动教师的积极性、主动性与创造性,切实发挥出其在教学改革中的主体作用。
We have improved the teaching concept and teaching pattern to adapt the policy of strengthe- ning the country by talents. We must understand the situation and mission well when higher education adapts to the policy. We should cultivate the innovative talents when we do the work of the trade union. We should focus on improving the teaching quality to stimulate their passion and creativity to play the role of main function of the trade union in the process of reforming teaching well.
