摘要
工会在各国的劳资关系中都发挥着极其重要的作用,但在我国由于立法环境不完善及工会自身体制方面存在的问题制约了工会作用的发挥,使得工会的维护工作做得不能令人满意。本文首先从制裁条律、法定权利、实施操作、经费来源和干部保护五个方面分析工会运行环境面临的问题及其改善思路,然后提出价值增加型工会的理念并阐述其运行思路。
Labor union plays very important role in labor-capital relationship throughout the world.However,in China due to the imperfect legislative environment and the problems existed in their own system,the role of labor union cannot be played fully which leads to the unsatisfactory result.This paper first analyzes the problems and improving thoughts in labor union's operating environment from the aspects of Sanctions law article,legal right,operation,fund source and cadre protection,then puts forward the concept of value added labor union and elaborate the thoughts of it.
