摘要
23 500 m3/h空分设备配套氮压机为了最大程度地节省电能,反复轻加载过程中出现产品氮气带水现象。从工艺管道走向及阀门动作情况分析,找出压力氮气带水的原因是因为阀门开关配合不恰当及设计上的缺陷。从操作上入手,反复研究,解决了压缩氮气带水的问题。
In order to save electricity, nitrogen compressors of 23 500 m3/h air separation units upload and download re- peatedly. Then we found the high content of water in the compressed nitrogen. From the analysis of the process piping and the valve switch, we find the cause of the compressed nitrogen with high water is the design defects and the valve switch with inappropriate. Starting from the operation,we repeatly researched, resolved the question of the high content of water in the compressed nitrogen.
