2型糖尿病患者膳食营养状况调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者的膳食营养状况,为2型糖尿病患者科学饮食干预提供依据和参考。方法抽取2021年1—6月该中心纳入系统管理的200例2型糖尿病患者,采用膳食回顾法调研患者3 d的饮食情况,记录患者的食物摄入数据,以专用软件分析患者能量与营养的平均摄入量,依照相关标准评价患者膳食营养合理性。观察不同体质量患者的日摄入总能量以及三大营养素的摄入量与供能比,观察不同空腹血糖患者每日膳食摄入量。结果 200例患者中,血糖控制达标81例(40.50%),血糖控制不达标119例(59.50%);体质量正常53例(26.50%),超重88例(44.0%),肥胖59例(29.50%)。体质量正常、超重与肥胖患者摄入总能量与碳水化合物供能比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组患者蛋白质与脂肪供能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者膳食结构缺乏合理性,存在营养摄入不足与比例不平衡问题,血糖管理与体质量控制也欠理想,有待加强膳食指导,进一步提高2型糖尿病及并发症的防控效果。 Objective To explore the dietary nutritional status of type 2 diabetic patients,and to provide evidence and reference for scientific diet intervention in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods From January to June 2021,selected 200 patients with type 2 diabetes who were included in the system for management.The dietary review method was used to investigate the patient’s diet for 3 days,recorded the patient’s food intake data,analyzed the patient’s average intake of energy and nutrition with special software,and evaluated the rationality of the patient’s dietary nutrition in accordance with relevant standards.Observed the total daily energy intake of patients with different weights and the ratio of intake to energy supply of the three major nutrients,and observe the daily dietary intake of patients with different fasting blood glucose.Results Among the 200 patients,81 cases(40.50%) had blood glucose control standards,119 cases(59.50%) did not meet blood sugar control standards;53 cases(26.50%) were normal weight,88 cases(44.0%) were overweight,and 59 cases(29.50%) were obese.The total energy intake and carbohydrate energy supply of normal weight,overweight and obese patients was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the three groups of patients had no statistically significant differences in protein and fat energy supply(P>0.05).Conclusion The diet structure of patients with type 2 diabetes is deficient in rationality,there is insufficient nutrition intake and imbalance in proportion,blood glucose management and weight control are not ideal,and dietary guidance is needed to further improve the prevention and control effect of type 2 diabetes and complications.
