摘要
目的分析强化血糖管理对2型糖尿病合并肝癌患者血糖水平的影响。方法选取2022年3月—2024年3月联勤保障部队九一〇医院收治的80例2型糖尿病合并肝癌的患者作为研究对象,按护理方法的不同将患者分为对照组(40例,常规干预)和研究组(40例,在常规干预基础上增加强化血糖管理)。对比两组血糖水平、并发症总发生率、护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组并发症总发生率更低、护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论强化血糖管理可提升2型糖尿病合并肝癌患者的血糖控制效果,降低并发症发生风险,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of intensive blood glucose management on blood glucose level in type 2 diabetes patients with liver cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes with liver cancer admitted to the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force were selected for the study objects from March 2022 to March 2024.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group(40 cases with routine inter⁃vention)and study group(40 cases with enhanced blood glucose management on the basis of routine intervention).Compare the blood glucose levels,total incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,and glycated he⁃moglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had a lower total incidence of complications and a higher nursing satisfaction rate,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening blood glucose management can improve the blood glucose control effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus pa⁃tients with liver cancer,reduce the risk of complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
