Experimental Study on Atomization Characteristics of High Pressure Spray

摘要 选择目前煤矿井下喷雾除尘常用的直射式喷嘴和离心式喷嘴,通过搭建高压喷雾实验平台,研究2种喷嘴在不同工况下的雾化特性。实验表明,同一喷嘴在喷雾压力增大时,有效射程逐渐增大,雾化角逐渐减小,且随着喷雾压力的增大,喷嘴出口速度相应增大,喷雾中心产生的负压区也进一步增大,由于水雾内外压差的扩大,喷雾范围越来越小,而喷射距离会越来越远;喷雾压力为8 MPa时,随着离心式喷嘴出口直径的增大,雾化角和有效射程均随之增大,但有效射程变化不明显。 Direct injection nozzle and centrifugal nozzle commonly used in underground coal mine spray dust removal were selected, the atomization characteristics of the two nozzles under different working conditions were studied by building a high-pressure spray experimental platform. Experimental results show that the same nozzle in spray pressure, effective range increases gradually, atomizing angle decreases, and with the increase of the spray pressure, nozzle exit velocity increases accordingly, spray center produced by negative pressure zone also further increase, due to the expansion of water mist inside and outside differential pressure, spray range smaller and smaller, and spray distance will be more and more far. When the spray pressure is 8 MPa, both the atomization angle and the effective range increase with the increase of the outlet diameter of the centrifugal nozzle, but the effective range does not change significantly.
