摘要
提出了一种新型喷雾除尘技术,即自适应高压微雾除尘技术,阐述了新型技术的组成和工作过程;通过实验,利用风环境产尘装置模拟实际工况散料的动态粉尘,应用新型技术进行除尘,将传统与新型技术两者的累计耗水量进行对比研究,采用算术平均法计算新型技术的除尘效率;最后通过将传统和新型除尘技术进行对比,给出了新型技术的优势。
A new type spray and dust removal micro mist for dust removal technology. The technology is proposed, namely adaptive high pressure composition and working process of the system are described. Through experiment we use dust generation equipment under wind environment to simulate dynamic dust of bulk material in the actual working conditions. The new type technology for dust removal is applied. The cumulative water consumption of both traditional and new type technologies is compared. The dust removal efficiency of the new type technology is calculated by the arithmetic average method. Finally the advantage of new type technology is presented by comparing the traditional and new type technology for dust removal.
