摘要
为了提高煤尘污染治理效果,设计了一种基于朗之万结构形式的夹心式压电超声换能器。主要对各部件的材料以及结构进行了设计,并利用SolidWorks软件对模型进行装配。结果显示:所设计的朗之万结构形式的压电超声换能器理论上是合理的,可为煤矿雾化降尘提供借鉴。
In order to improve the effect of coal dust pollution control,a sandwich piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer based on the structure of Langevin was designed.The material and size structure of each component are mainly designed,and the model is assembled with SolidWorks software.The results show that the piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer designed in the structure of Langevin is theoretically reasonable,which provides a reference for the atomization and dust reduction in coal mines.
