摘要
"技术适应性"是职教本科的本质特征,唯有"技术适应",职教本科才有存在的价值和意义。在工作世界中,"技术适应性"主要表现为个体对岗位及岗位群所需功能型技术的掌握、迁移和拓展。工作世界对"技术适应性"的要求与现有教育体系人才培养固化之间的矛盾是职教本科诞生的根本源泉。作为擎秉职业教育希望之光的职教本科,必须有决心和智慧承担起"培育学生技术适应性"这一教育的根本使命。
"Technology adaptability"is the essential feature of vocational education undergraduate.Only with"technology adaptation"can vocational education undergraduate have the value and significance of existence.In the world of work,"technology adaptability"is mainly manifested as the individual’s mastery,migration and expansion of functional technology required by the post and post group.The contradiction between the requirements of"technology adaptability"in the work world and the solidification of talent cultivation in the existing education system is the fundamental source of the birth of vocational education undergraduate.As the hope beacon of vocational education,vocational education undergraduate must have the determination and wisdom to undertake the fundamental mission of"cultivating students’technology adaptability".
