摘要
职业技术教育领域的教育硕士培养旨在提升职业院校教师的学历水平,促进职业技术教育的高质量发展。自2015年正式设立该专业学位后,它对于提升中职教师的学历水平和构建中职优秀教师培养体系,发挥了显著作用。基于2015至2023年期间中国知网(CNKI)的文献,以系统文献综述法遴选出的69篇,旨在从外部特征和内容特征两个维度分析职业技术教育领域教育硕士培养的现状,揭示其不足,同时展望未来的研究发展趋势。结果表明:在外部特征上,文献发表量总体呈上升趋势,研究将维持一定的热度;相关论文在撰写质量和研究深度上态势良好;基金项目资助的论文数量较为可观,以省部级和市厅级基金项目为主;研究者力量主要集中在三所试点院校,多数缺乏持续性。在内容特征上再运用VOSviewer对关键词进行共现分析,并结合对文献的二次阅读,发现职业技术教育领域教育硕士培养存在的问题、国际借鉴以及应对策略等方面的研究受到了学者们的广泛关注。未来职教专硕人才培养研究应进一步注重作者之间的合作研究,拓展研究内容的深度与广度,并加强实证研究。
The cultivation of Master of Education in vocational education aims to improve the academic level of teachers in vocational colleges and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.Since 2015,this professional degree has played a significant role in improving the academic level of secondary vocational teachers and building an excellent teacher training system for secondary vocational education.Based on the literature of CNKI from 2015 to 2023,69 papers were selected with systematic literature review method,aiming to analyze the current situation,existing problems and future prospect of this program from two dimensions:external characteristics and content characteristics.In terms of external characteristics,the quantity of publications on this subject is on the rise;the quality of related papers and the depth of research are good;the number of papers funded is considerable at mainly provincial and municipal level;researchers are mainly from three pilot institutions,most of which lack sustainability.In terms of content characteristics,VOS-viewer is used to analyze the co-occurrence of keywords.Combined with the second reading of the literature,it is found that the existing problems,solutions to these problems and international experience in the cultivation of Masters of Education have been favored research subjects by scholars.It is suggested that future research should strengthen cooperation,improve depth and breadth of research content and more empirical research should be made.
