探讨云课后活动班课联合传统课堂教学模式在急救护理学教学中的价值

Discuss the Value of Cloud After-school Activity Class Combined with Traditional Class Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Emergency Nursing

摘要 目的评估湖南中医药大学护理专业学生实施云班课与传统课堂联合教学模式的价值。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月湖南中医药大学的74名护理专业学生为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为研究组(n=37)与参照组(n=37)。参照组采用传统课堂教学模式;研究组采用云班课与传统课堂联合教学模式。比对两组成绩分数、教学效果分、数学生能力。结果①研究组理论成绩、操作成绩、感染预防、器械管理、状态评估成绩分数高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②研究组教学形式、延伸教学、师生沟通、资源共享分数高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③研究组自主学习能力、表达沟通能力、问题分析能力、问题解决能力、安全管理能力、团队协调能力高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急救护理学教学中采用云班课与传统课堂联合教学模式效果显著,可有效提升学生的成绩,改善学生各项能力,学生对于教学的满意度水平相对较高,有一定的推广应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the value of cloud class and traditional classroom combined teaching mode for nursing students in Hunan university of Chinese medicine.Methods Selected 74 nursing students from Hunan university of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2018 to November 2019 as the research objects,and divided them into study group(n=37)and reference group(n=37)by random number table method.The reference group adopted the traditional classroom teaching model,and the study group adopted the cloud class and traditional classroom combined teaching model to compare the scores of the two groups,the scores of teaching effects,and the ability of students to count.Results 1.The study group's theoretical scores,operational scores,infection prevention,device management,and status assessment scores were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The scores of the study group's teaching methods,extended teaching,teacher-student communication,and resource sharing were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The study group's independent learning ability,expression and communication ability,problem analysis ability,problem solving ability,safety management ability,and team coordination ability were higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined teaching model of cloud class and traditional classroom in the teaching of Emergency Nursing has a significant effect,which can effectively improve student performance and improve students'various abilities.Students have a relatively high level of satisfaction with teaching,with a certain promotion and application value.
