摘要
智能针织产品相比传统智能纺织品具有良好的穿着舒适性、可洗性、耐用性,是近年来的研究热点。分别阐述了智能纺织品与智能针织品的定义,介绍了生产针织结构智能产品的三种方法,即采用智能化纱线直接编织、采用柔性电子元件与织物进行复合和对织物进行后整理加工,并分析了它们各自的特点与适用范围。结合国内外智能针织产品的研究进展,分析了其作用原理与技术关键,对目前已研发出的实现针织产品智能化的部分主流方法进行了综述。在此基础上指出了智能针织产品存在的问题及发展方向。
Compared with traditional smart textiles,smart knitted products has recently been a research focus in smart textiles because of more comfortability,better washability and durability.The definition of smart textiles and smart knitted products were described respectively.Three methods for producing smart knitted structural products were introduced including smart yarn direct knitting,flexible electronic components and fabric combining knitting and fabric post-finishing process,and their characteristics and applicable fields were analyzed.Combining with the research progress of smart knitting products at home and abroad,the theories and key technologies were analyzed,and some main methods for materialized smart knitted products were summarized.And the problems and development directions for smart knitted products were put forward.
