摘要
随着全民健身热潮与竞技体育专业化进程的加速,体育服装的功能性迭代需求与质量稳定性矛盾日益凸显。高强度运动场景对服装的色牢度、抗撕裂性及生态安全性提出了更高要求,而传统印染工艺中化学品残留、工艺参数波动等问题频发,导致产品性能衰减甚至出现安全风险。当前行业面临标准化体系碎片化、质量追溯链条断裂以及绿色技术应用不足的困境,亟须构建适配运动服饰特性的全生命周期质量保障机制。系统性探讨体育服装印染过程中材料、工艺与管理的协同优化,以期为行业建立科学的质量控制架构、推动功能性纺织品的高价值转化提供理论支撑与实践路径。
With the acceleration of the national fitness craze and the professionalization process of com⁃petitive sports,the contradiction between the functional iteration demand and the quality stability of sports clothing has become increasingly prominent.High-intensity sports scenarios place higher demands on the col⁃or fastness,tear resistance and ecological safety of clothing.However,in traditional printing and dyeing pro⁃cesses,problems such as chemical residues and fluctuations in process parameters occur frequently,leading to performance degradation of products and even safety risks.The current industry is confronted with the pre⁃dicament of fragmented standardization systems,broken quality traceability chains,and insufficient application of green technologies.There is an urgent need to establish a full life cycle quality assurance mechanism that suits the characteristics of sportswear.The collaborative optimization of materials,processes and management in the printing and dyeing process of sports clothing were systematically explored,with the aim of providing theoretical support and practical paths for the industry to establish a scientific quality control framework and promote the high-value transformation of functional textiles.
