摘要 光纤微弯传感器以其构简单、成本低廉、便于装备等优点越来越受到人们的关注,光纤微弯调制原理的应用已扩展到位移、力、加速度等各种物理参量的测量中。本文简要介绍了光纤微弯传感器的工作原理、结构,对光纤微弯传感器在多种参量测量中的典型和最新的应用情况做了详细介绍。 The microbend fiber-optic sensor gets more and more attention because of its many advantages such as simple structure, lower cost, easy fixing, etc. The modulating principle of microbend fiber-optic is applied widely in the field of some physical parameter measurement for example displacement, force, acceleration, etc. The working principle and structure of microbend fiber-optic sensor are introduced simply in this paper. The typical and latest applications of microbend fiber-optic sensor in the various parameter measurements are introduced too.
