基于自蔓延高温合成技术的油气管道防腐研究现状及展望 被引量:7

Research Status and Prospect of Oil and Gas Pipeline Anticorrosion Based on Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis Technology

摘要 为进一步扩大自蔓延合成技术在油气管道防腐中的应用,通过剖析自蔓延高温合成(SHS)技术的原理、材料和工艺发展,研究了离心法和重力法工艺参数、铝热剂成分及外加物理场等主要影响因素对SHS陶瓷涂层防腐的影响,介绍了SHS技术在油气管道行业防腐和管道补口中的应用现状,并对SHS技术防腐发展前景进行分析和展望。研究表明,针对目前SHS技术未能广泛应用的难点,对自蔓延合成技术未来需要从提高技术水平、降低施工难度以及降低投资成本等方面入手,采取多项措施,促进该项技术的推广应用。 In order to further expand the application of self-propagating synthesis technology in oil and gas pipeline anticorrosion,the principle,materials and process development of self-propagating high temperature synthesis of(SHS)were analyzed.The influence of centrifugal and gravimetric process parameters,composition of thermite and external physical field on the anticorrosion of SHS ceramic coating was studied.The present situation of application of SHS technology in anticorrosion and pipe filling of oil and gas pipeline industry was introduced.The development prospect of SHS technology anticorrosion was analyzed and prospected.The research shows that,in view of the difficulty that SHS technology can not be widely used at present,it needs to improve the technical level,reduce the construction difficulty and reduce the investment cost,and take a number of measures to promote the popularization and application of the technology in the future.
