摘要
研究了在铝热自蔓延高温合成(SHS)反应中添加二氧化硅、镍、氧化锆、稀土等添加剂的作用,分析了复合陶瓷的显微组织、致密性和耐磨性能,总结了添加剂对铝热自蔓延高温合成复合陶瓷组织和性能的影响。
The function of additives (SiO2,Ni,ZrO2,RE,etc)in the aluminum-heating SHS was studied, the microstructure, density and wear-resistance of the composite ceramic were analyzed, and the effects of additives on its microstructure and properties were concluded.
