摘要
采用树脂材料密闭离心铝热法制备陶瓷钢管内衬层气孔 ,从而获得具有防护耐磨双重功能的复合管材。产品内衬层与钢管基体结合强度高 ,可在真空状态下长期运行 ,在高温下内衬不鼓泡、不折皱。
A new kind of ceramic resin lined composite pipe has been obtained by using resin to seal the pores of the ceramic lining of ceramic lined pipe produced by centrifigual thermit process. With excellent anticorrosive and antiabrasive properties and high combined strength, the new pipe can be used under vacuum and high temperature conditions without debonding between the lining and the steel pipe.
