摘要
全面促进消费是加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进新发展格局的重要引领,而充分挖掘互联网经济时代下农村地区的消费潜力具有重要战略意义。农村居民相对于城市居民收入水平较低,消费习惯不同外,受消费环境约束比较大。互联网的迅速普及,大大改变了农村居民的消费环境,也必然影响农村居民的消费行为。通过2019—2020年"特色农产品市场和农村居民消费专项调查项目"获取的江西省739个农户调查数据,基于家庭互联网使用和农村居民群体内部差异视角,运用倾向得分匹配法(PSM)、工具变量法(IV)和无条件分位数回归法(UQPE),研究了互联网使用对欠发达地区农村居民消费的影响。结果表明:(1)互联网使用对农村家庭各类消费均存在正向促进作用;(2)互联网使用对发展享乐型消费的促进作用优于基础生存型消费,其中对中低收入家庭基础生存型消费的提升作用较为明显,对中高收入家庭发展享乐型消费影响更为显著;(3)使用互联网能显著提升60岁以下农村居民的消费水平,中老年用户更倾向于通过互联网满足其基础生存需求,中青年用户对于通信、娱乐等新型消费显现出更高的消费倾向。最后,文章提出进一步促进农村地区互联网信息化普及的必要性。
Promoting consumption in an all-round way is an important guide to accelerate the construction of new development pattern which takes domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international circulation as leading role.It is of strategic importance to dig deeply into the consumption potential of rural areas in the era of Internet.Compared with urban residents,the income level of rural residents is relatively low,the consumption habits are different,and they are more constrained by the consumption environment.With the rapid popularization of the Internet,the consumption environment of rural residents has been greatly changed,and the consumption behavior of rural residents is bound to be affected.Based on the survey data of 739 farmers in Jiangxi Province from 2019 to 2020,this paper uses the propensity score matching method(PSM),instrumental variable method(IV)and unconditional quantile regression method(UQPE),This paper studies the impact of Internet use on the consumption of rural residents in underdeveloped areas.The results show that:1)Internet use has a significant positive impact on the consumption of rural residents.2)Internet use has a better effect on the development of hedonic consumption than subsistence consumption,especially on the basic subsistence consumption of families at low and middle income level,and has a more significant effect on the development of hedonic consumption of families at middle and high income level.3)Internet use has a significant effect on the development of hedonic consumption to improve the consumption level of rural residents under the age of 60,middle-aged and elderly users are more inclined to meet their basic survival needs through the Internet,and young and middle-aged users show a higher consumption tendency for new consumption such as communication and entertainment.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the popularization of Internet information in rural areas.
