摘要
作者在简述齐夫定律的产生、发展和其他语种的验证基础上,重点阐述了齐夫定律的理论解释和它的实践意义,文章把齐夫定律的理论基础的探讨归纳为三个派别:行为科学的解释。信息论的解释和统计学的解释。作者认为,在实践意义上,齐夫定律除了词频统计分析方法外,并没有提供其他真正有实用价值的东西,进一步文章从五个角度论述了词频统计分析方法的应用。
The author briefly describes producing,development end verification from otherlanguage,on this basis,expounds mainly the theoretie explanation of Zipf's Lawand its practical meaning.This paper induces the approach of the theoretical founda-tion of Zipf's Law into three groups:the understanding of behaviour science,informa-tion theory explanation,and statistical explanation,The author considers,on thepractical meaning,except the analytical method of term frepuency,Zipf's Law doesn'tsupply other real practical and valuable matters.The paper discusses the applicationof analytic method of term frequence from five points of view.
