人工智能在正畸领域的应用现状及研究进展 被引量:1

Application and advances of artificial intelligence in orthodontics

摘要 新算法的开发利用和计算机功率的不断增强提高了人工智能技术的准确性、可重复性和高效性,使其更广泛地应用于医学各专业,成为当前研究热点.目前人工智能在口腔正畸领域主要应用于X光线片和CBCT的自动定点分析,骨面型及生长发育期的智能诊断,辅助制订治疗方案及辅助临床操作等方面.本文将从以上四个方面对人工智能在口腔正畸领域的应用方法、存在问题和研究方向进行综述. With the emergence of new algorithms and the improvement of computing power,the accuracy,repeatability and computational efficiency of artificial intelligence is gradually enhanced.It makes artificial intelligence more widely used in medical specialties and becoming one hotspot of research.At present,artificial intelligence is mainly used in automated cephalometric analysis of X-ray film and CBCT,intelligent diagnosis of skeletal classification and growth period,treatment plan formulation,and clinical operation assistance in orthodontics.This article reviews application methods,problems and research direction of artificial intelligence in orthodontics from the above four aspects.
