黄锦军“和术”推拿学术思想指导推拿治疗学教学

摘要 推拿治疗学是对操作者实践能力要求很强的一门实用性课程,只有简便、迅速地理解掌握基础理论,更高效率地致力于临床操作的熟练应用,才能更好地适应新形势下,中医推拿人才的教学培养。“和术”推拿学术思想总结出一套新颖的教学模式。该模式是广西名老中医黄锦军教授凭借多年临床经验并深入教学思考,结合性高,简便易懂的教学方法,有助于指导学生深入浅出地理解疾病的诊疗操作理念并使术者在临证过程中更好地带领患者进入诊疗境界。推拿治疗学运用“和术”学术思想融入教学改革新模式,不仅能让学生更好地掌握传统和现代的手法治疗技术术式,也能更好地继承、创新、弘扬中医文化,从而为推拿治疗学教学提供参考和指导。 Manipulative therapeutics is a strong practical ability requirements for operators of a practical course,only simple and quick grasp of the basic theory,the higher the efficiency of the committed to the skilled application of clinical operation,in order to better adapt to the new situation,training the teaching of Chinese massage,“Heshu”massage academic thought summed up a set of new teaching mode,the model is in Guangxi,Professor Huang Jinjun relying on years of clinical experience and in-depth teaching thinking,combining high,easy to understand method helps to guide students to construct understanding of disease diagnosis and treatment of operation concept and make the performer in the process of clinical patients with better lead into the diagnosis and treatment level.Manipulative therapeutics learn academic thought into the teaching reform using this new model,not only make students better grasp of traditional and modern surgical technique treatment technology,carry forward the culture of traditional Chinese medicine also better inheritance innovation,so as to provide reference for teaching and massage therapy and guidance.
