摘要
风险社会中,社会共识愈发难以达成。区块链技术的去中心化、自信任化与自组织化特征为社会共识的构建提供了新的路径。主流媒体由于其自身承担着设置议题、引导舆论的职责,因而需要在凝聚社会共识的过程中发挥主导作用。在突发情况下,主流媒体需激发个体基本道德,使用公域流量进行区块链代币直接激励个体,以凝聚社会共识;在日常情况下,主流媒体需以理性基膜构建场景区隔,使用私域流量构建民主协商的联盟区块链,以达到构建基本社会议题的共识。
In the risk society,it is increasingly difficult to reach social consensus.Block chain,with the characteristics of decentralization,self-trust and self-organization,provides a new path for construct social consensus.Mainstream media should play a leading role as they have the responsibility to set agenda and guide public opinion.In the outbreak of emergencies,mainstream media needs to pool social consensus by stimulating individuals`basic ethics,using block chain tokens to motivate individuals directly in public domain.In daily situations,mainstream media needs to build the basement membrane in different scenarios on the basis of rational.By way of building an extensive consultation alliance block chain in private domain to construct social consensus.
