摘要
本研究旨在利用Meta分析探究绵羊常乳成分含量及其变异范围,并比较国内和国外品种绵羊乳成分差异。本研究通过检索中国知网、Web of Science等中外文数据库,时间范围为建库至2020年10月,共纳入15篇文献,3599只绵羊,其中国内品种绵羊8个,国外品种绵羊14个,提取绵羊乳中总固形物、乳脂、乳蛋白和乳糖含量数据,利用方差倒数法对绵羊常乳成分含量进行Meta分析。结果表明:绵羊常乳成分合并值分别为总固形物含量15.67%[95%置信区间(CI)(14.51%,16.82%)];乳脂含量6.88%[95%CI(6.60%,7.17%)];乳蛋白含量5.50%[95%CI(5.29%,5.72%)];乳糖含量3.97%[95%CI(3.69%,4.25%)]。国内和国外品种绵羊的常乳总固形物和乳蛋白含量均无统计学差异(P>0.05);国内品种绵羊的乳脂含量为6.38%[95%CI(5.93%,6.82%)],显著低于国外品种绵羊[7.25%,95%CI(6.87%,7.63%)](P<0.05);国内品种绵羊的乳糖含量为3.59%[95%CI(3.06%,4.12%)],显著低于国外品种绵羊[4.34%,95%CI(4.12%,4.56%)](P<0.05)。综上所述,本研究通过Meta分析获得了绵羊常乳主要营养成分预期值及变异范围,国内品种绵羊的常乳总固形物和乳蛋白含量与国外绵羊相近,而乳脂和乳糖含量低于国外品种绵羊。
The purpose of this study was to explore the content and variation range of milk composition of sheep by Meta analysis,and compared the differences of milk composition between domestic and foreign breeds.By exploring CNKI,Web of Science and other Chinese and foreign databases,the time range is from establishment to October 2020,a total of 15 articles were collected following inclusion criteria,with 3599 sheep enrolled,including 8 domestic sheep breeds,14 foreign breeds of sheep,then data of total solids,milk fat,milk protein and lactose contents were extraction,and the inverse variance method of Meta-analysis was used for pooling data.The results showed that the combined values of milk composition of sheep were as follows:total solid content was 15.67%[95%confidence interval(CI)(14.51%,16.82%)],milk fat content was 6.88%[95%CI(6.60%,7.17%)],milk protein content was 5.50%[95%CI(5.29%,5.72%)]and lactose content was 3.97%[95%CI(3.69%,4.25%)].No difference was observed in the contents of total solids and milk protein between domestic and foreign breeds sheep(P>0.05);the milk fat content of domestic breed sheep was 6.38%[95%CI(5.93%,6.82%)],and significantly lower than that of foreign breed sheep[7.25%,95%CI(6.87%,7.63%)](P<0.05);the lactose content of domestic breed sheep was 3.59%[95%CI(3.06%,4.12%)],and significantly lower than that of foreign breed sheep[4.34%,95%CI(4.12%,4.56%)](P<0.05).In summary,we obtained the expected main nutrient contents and their variation in sheep milk by Meta-analysis,the contents of total solids and milk protein of domestic breed sheep are similar to those of foreign breed sheep,and the contents of milk fat and lactose are lower.
