猪分娩后7 d内乳成分评估指标的Meta分析

Meta analysis of milk composition evaluation indexes in sows within seven days after parturition

摘要 为了研究猪分娩后7 d内乳成分的变异规律及国内外猪初乳成分的差异,试验通过中外文数据平台检索方式和Meta分析方法对初乳中乳蛋白、乳糖、乳脂和总固形物进行了研究,采用R语言(4.1.0)分析了时间与猪分娩后7 d内乳成分的相关性,同时还分析了国内外猪分娩后>0~8 h的初乳中乳蛋白、乳糖和乳脂差异情况。结果表明:与>120~168 h相比,>0~8 h乳蛋白含量和总固形物含量显著降低(P<0.05),乳糖含量和乳脂含量显著升高(P<0.05)。时间与乳蛋白、总固形物呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与乳糖、乳脂呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。乳蛋白与乳糖、乳脂呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与总固形物呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);乳糖与乳脂呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与总固形物呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);乳脂与总固形物呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。乳蛋白含量国内研究结果显著高于国外研究(P<0.05),乳糖含量国内研究高于国外研究但差异不显著(P>0.05),乳脂含量国外研究显著高于国内研究(P<0.05)。说明猪分娩后7 d内乳蛋白、乳糖、乳脂和总固形物变化存在一定规律,且国内外差异同样会影响乳蛋白、乳糖和乳脂含量。 In order to study the variation pattern of milk composition in sows within seven days and the differences between colostrum composition in sows at home and abroad,milk protein,lactose,milk fat and total solids in colostrum were investigated by Chinese-foreign data retrieval platform and Meta-analysis method in the experiment.The correlation between time and milk indicators within seven days in sows was analyzed by R language(4.1.0).Milk protein,lactose and milk fat contents in pig colostrum from 0-8 h at home and abroad were also analyzed.The results showed that compared with 120-168 h group,the milk protein content and total solid content in the 0-8 h group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while lactose content and milk fat content were significantly increased(P<0.05).Time was negatively correlated with the content of milk protein and total solids(P<0.01),and positively correlated with the content of and milk fat(P<0.01).Milk protein was negatively correlated with lactose and milk fat(P<0.01),and positively correlated with total solid(P<0.01).Lactose was positively correlated with milk fat(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with total solid.There was a significant negative correlation between milk fat and total solids(P<0.05).The milk protein content in domestic studies was significantly higher than that in foreign studies(P<0.05),and lactose content in domestic studies was higher than that in foreign studies,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The content of milk fat in foreign studies was significantly higher than that in domestic studies(P<0.05).The results indicated that the changes of milk protein,lactose,milk fat and total solids within seven days were regular,and the differences at home and abroad also affected the contents of milk protein,lactose and milk fat.
