摘要
针对现有降尘装置降尘效率较低,无法满足综采工作面降尘要求的情况,开发一种负压二次喷雾降尘装置。该装置能够在利用全覆盖水雾降尘的基础上通过负压吸入式降尘系统对作业面空气进行过滤。根据实际验证效果,该负压二次喷雾降尘装置对全尘和呼吸尘的沉降效率分别提升了43.42%和43.6%,降尘效果显著。
According to the situation of low dust removal efficiency and cannot meet the requirements of the working surface,a negative pressure secondary spray dust removal device is developed to filter the air containing dust through the negative pressure suction dust removal system for dust removal.According to the actual verification effect,the negative pressure secondary spray dust removal device improves the settlement efficiency of 43.42%and 43.4%of breathing dust respectively,and the dust removal effect is remarkable.
