摘要 [目的/意义]世界贸易摩擦加剧与全球新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情流行的大环境下,企业处于创新发展与经济转型升级的关键时期,各类风险事件频发,提高风险事件快速响应效率成为亟待解决的问题。针对多源异构的企业风险信息泛滥、知识组织与处理能力不足以及风险管理智能化程度较低等现状,文章构建了风险事件驱动的企业知识服务模型。[方法/过程]文章从知识服务的视角探讨风险事件快速响应中企业知识服务模型构建与应用过程,明确风险管理领域知识服务模型各要素,以风险数据为基、风险决策为标,以风险事件为驱动,以知识图谱分析方法为力,将风险领域知识服务过程分解为事前预警、事中响应与事后总结三个阶段,结合风险事件处理的经验知识,构建风险领域知识获取—组织—应用三级知识服务模型。[结果/结论]模型引入知识图谱方法对风险事件不同阶段的知识需求进行相应的知识表达、组织与融合,为企业管理者提供风险管理知识服务方案,为面向跨学科的知识服务理论创新提供新增长点。 [Purpose/significance]Under the environment of intensified world trade friction and the global new crown epidemic,enterprises are in a critical period of innovation and economic transformation.Various risk events occur frequently.Therefore,improving the efficiency of rapid response to risk events has become an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the proliferation of multi-source and heterogeneous risk information,insufficient knowledge organization and processing capabilities,and low level of intelligence in risk management,This paper constructs a risk event-driven enterprise knowledge service model.[Method/process]The article discusses the construction and application of enterprise knowledge service models in rapid response to risk incidents.The elements of the model in the risk management domain are based on risk data,risk decision-making as the standard,risk events as the drive,and knowledge graph analysis methods as the power,and the risk domain knowledge service process is decomposed into pre-warning,in-process response and after-event summarized and combine the experience and knowledge of risk event handling to build a three-level knowledge service model of risk domain knowledge acquisition-organization-application.[Result/conclusion]This model introduces the knowledge graph method to express,organize and integrate the knowledge needs of different stages of risk events,provide enterprise managers with risk management knowledge service solutions,and provide new growth points for the innovation of interdisciplinary knowledge service theory.
