摘要
本文讨论了技术创新风险的概念、分类，提出了技术创新风险新的分类方式：过程性与非过程性风险、不同层次的风险等，提出了对技术创新风险系统分析的矩阵分析方法，并就技术创新风险问题提出了一些基本观点。
This paper dicusses the concept and classification of technology innovation risk,contributes a method of technology innovation risk classification:consequetial risk and non-consequetial risk;risk of different decisionlevels;etc.This paper also contributes a rectangular array analysis method of technology innovation risk systematic analysis,and raises several basic viewpoints on technology innovation risk.
