摘要
随着5G和卫星新技术的不断发展成熟,以及国家卫星互联网战略布局,如何融合高低轨及5G网络资源并充分利用新型卫星高带宽/低时延优势,对于海上渔船、离岸海岛与地面网络互通并形成有机一体成为国内外关注热点和研究趋势,分析了星地融合发展趋势及业务协同架构,并针对海上业务的不同需求场景,提出产业化应用模式,为空天地海协同发展提供参考建议。
With the continuous development and maturity of novel 5G and satellite technologies and the strategic layout of the national satellite Internet,how to integrate high-and low-orbit satellites and 5G network resources and make full use of the advantages of high bandwidth and low delay of new satellites has become a hot topic and research trend to perform intercommunication and form an organic integration for ocean fishing vessels,offshore islands,and ground network.This paper analyzes the development trend of space-ground integration and service collaboration structure,and proposes the industrial application modes for different demand scenarios of ocean services,which provides reference suggestions for collaborative development of space-air-ground-sea integration.
