“空天地海”一体化的海上应急通信网络技术综述 被引量:16

Key Technologies for Space-Air-Ground-Ocean Integrated Networks towards Maritime Emergency:An Overview

摘要 随着航运业的不断发展,现有的海上应急通信技术资源分散,已经难以应对复杂的海上紧急情况。基于多通信平台融合,"空天地海"一体化的海上应急通信网络应运而生。介绍了海上应急通信研究背景、意义及发展现状,阐述了天基、空基、岸基、海基通信手段及其在海上应急通信中的应用,最后对海上应急通信技术的发展前景进行了展望。海上应急通信将成为"空天地海"一体化通信网络的重要应用领域,实现快速高效的海上救助和通信接入,对建设"海洋强国"发挥重要作用。 With the continuous development of the shipping industry,the scattering of the existing marine emergency communication technology resources makes it difficult to deal with complex maritime emergencies.Through the integration of multiple communication platforms,this paper proposes an integrated maritime emergency communication network of"Space,Air,Ground and Ocean",introduces the background,significance and state-of-the-art of maritime emergency communication research,and elaborates the space-based,air-based,shore-based,and ocean-based communications methods and their applications in maritime emergency communication.Finally,the development of maritime emergency communication technology is prospected.The continuous improvement of maritime emergency communication technology can provide a better development platform for the"Space,Air,Ground and Ocean"integrated communication network,realize fast and efficient maritime rescue and communication access,and play an important role in building a"marine power".
