摘要
文章介绍了一种利用相似三角形几何变换在PLC模拟量信号采集与转换中的应用方法.以西门子S7-300可编程序控制器为例,给出其具体子程序的设计及应用调试方法.实践证明,依此法设计的程序能满足工程现场模拟量信号的转换需求,且具有更好的通用性与灵活性.此外,通过相似三角形几何变换原理分析,可以更深入地了解PLC中模拟量信号的处理机制,便于更深层次的学习掌握PLC模拟量信号处理.
An application of similar triangles geometric transformation in analog signals sampling and conversion by PLC is presented.Taking Siemens S7-300 PLC as an example,this paper introduces the design and practical debugging technique of each subprogram.The program designed by this technique is proved to be able to meet the conversion demand of analog signals in project site completely and has the better commonality and flexibility.By analyzing the principle of similar triangles geometric transformation,the processing technology of analog signals in PLC can be comprehended more deeply.
