摘要
PLC是一种集合了工业现场开关量、模拟量数据的收集与控制,同时集合了通信、检测、监测等功能于一体的工业自动控制设备,被广泛应用于设备的自动化改造和性能提升等场合。本文在重油供给系统中,基于西门子S7-200系列PLC的226CPU,研究了一种现场工程模拟量的线性变换的方法和PID自整定控制算法,实现供油单元的电气控制。利用线性变换的原理,根据传感器模拟量输入的特点和模拟量输入值的对应关系,实现现场工程量的转换与监测;同时利用PID自整定算法,实现了温度的恒定控制,满足了重油的粘度恒定控制需求。
Siemens S7-200 series PLC is a kind of set the scene of the industrial switch, analog data collection and control, at the same time, integrats functions such as communication, detection and monitoring of industry automatic control equipment, it is widely used in equipment automation transformation and performance improvement, etc. In the heavy oil supply system, this paper is based on Siemens S7-200 PLC, studies a field engineering analog method of linear transformation and PID self-regulating control algorithm, realizes the oil supply unit electrical control. By using the principle of linear transformation, according to the characteristics of the sensor analog input and the corresponding relation of analog input values, realizes the transition of the scene of quantities and monitoring; At the same time using PID self-regulating algorithm, realizes the uniform temperature control, meets the demand of the heavy oil viscosity constant control.
