摘要
设计了一款符合GB 36246-2018标准的合成材料冲击吸收检测仪,以评估合成材料面层运动场地的冲击吸收性能。系统由压力传感器、电磁铁、伺服电机、PLC、触摸屏等构成。测试仪具备自动计算释放位置高度、自动吸取、移动和释放重物功能。通过PLC的定时中断,可以实现压力高速采集。PLC将采集到的压力数据缓存同时分析记录峰值压力,同时触摸屏可通过串口获取缓存压力数据,显示压力波形。测试数据准确可靠,设计满足标准的要求。
A synthetic material impact absorption tester that complies with the GB 36246-2018 standard has been designed to assess the impact absorption performance of synthetic material surface layer sports fields.The system is composed of pressure sensors,electromagnets,servo motors,PLCs,touch screens,etc.The tester is capable of automatically calculating the release position height,automatically absorbing,moving and releasing heavy objects.Through the PLC's timed interrupt,high-speed pressure collection can be achieved.The PLC caches the collected pressure data and simultaneously analyzes and records the peak pressure,while the touch screen can obtain the cached pressure data through the serial port and display the pressure waveform.The test data is accurate and reliable,and the design meets the requirements of the standard.
