摘要
针对多烯磷脂酰胆碱分离纯化工艺,重点阐述了多烯磷脂酰胆碱分离纯化的几种工艺,并且对现有分离纯化工艺的优缺点进行比较,提出可将溶剂法提纯与柱层析法纯化两种方法有机结合起来,得到一条制备高纯多烯磷脂酰胆碱的工艺路线。
Based on the preparation of PC separation and purification process of the paper expounded the process of PC separation and purification,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of current separation and purification process.After extracted with solvent,recrystallization with column chromatography,at last,the high content of PC was prepared.
