摘要
师范生是职前教师的主要来源,师范生的教学能力直接影响教学质量。随着社会的发展,对师范生的教学能力也有了新的要求。师范认证标准是师范院校培养教师的国家标准,师范认证对师范生的教学能力有明确的要求。文章认为师范生教学能力的培养应该满足时代需求,有合理的师范生教学能力评价量化方法,通过教学体系设计、教学方法改革和教学实践训练等途径,切实提高师范生的教学能力,培养出符合社会需求的职前教师。
The normal university students are the main source of pre-service teachers,and their teaching ability directly affects the quality of teaching.With the development of society,there are new requirements for the teaching ability of the normal university students.The normal certification standards with clear requirements for teaching ability are the national standards for the normal universities.This paper holds that the cultivation of university normal students’teaching ability should meet the needs of the times and have rational quantitative evaluation methods for their teaching ability.Through the design of the teaching system,the reform of teaching methods and the training of teaching practice,we can effectively improve their teaching ability and cultivate pre—service teachers that meet the needs of our society.
